Nayamode-Bluewave crafted the event from top to bottom, mapping out attendees’ experience from the first save the date to the last dance of the night. After designing the 10-year logo, we created and executed a campaign to drive attendance and build excitement through emails and social posts. On the big day, we served up a selection of in-room, large-scale banners to brand out the Lighthouse space, along with swag designs, a printed program, the event presentation visuals and music, and even coasters to allow attendees to donate via a QR code.
Our team of on-site professionals then helped set up, manage and execute one of Harlem Lacrosse’s biggest events with great success.
